Heard Mr. Shirish Gupte for the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4196 of 2012, Mr. Mahesh Jethmalani for petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4197 of 2012, Mr. Ponda on behalf of petitioner in Writ Petition No. 4228 of 2012 and Mrs. Mrunalini Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondents in all the petitions., 2.

Learned senior counsel Mr. Gupte and Mr. Jethmalani have submitted that they have to argue some issues which are left out and could not be argued on the earlier dates. At the same time, Mrs. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the respondents has also not completed her arguments. In view thereof, petitions will have to be adjourned. 3.

However, it may be mentioned herein that the learned advocate for respondent no. 1/original complainant Mrs. Deshmukh has submitted that she does not press any relief as against the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 4228 of 2012 i.e. Rinke Samir Saran @ Rinke Jatin Khanna. As such the proceedings pending in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Bandra against the said petitioner will have to be quashed.

The proceedings against petitioner Mrs. Rinke Samir Saran @ Rinke Jatin Khanna are hereby quashed. The hearing of the petitions of other petitions is adjourned to 8th April, 2015, first on board. (JUDGE)
