Heard the Learned Advocates for both the parties and following order is passed by consent :- (a) The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai shall dispose off the M.A. No.172 of 2016 in P.A. No.A-209 of 2005 filed by the Applicant within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

(b) The parties shall not seek adjournment/s unless absolutely necessary. The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai shall also not grant adjournment/s to either side unless absolutely necessary.

(c) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 2.

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 237 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
