DATE: 18th July, 2019 P.C.:- 1] The learned Counsel for the Petitioner restricts his prayer to the extent of prayer clause (a) of the Petition, which reads thus :- "a) This Hon'ble Court may direct to the Respondent No.1 to hear & decide the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner along with stay Application as early as possible not beyond the 2 months challenging the Order dated 11/08/2016 passed by Addl. Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in No. RTS/KOLHAPUR/REV/183/2011."

Time to hear and decide the Revision Application along with Stay Application shall be of four months instead of two months.
