Applicant No.1 is present with his advocate. Respondent No.2 is present with her advocate.

Both of them are jointly requesting for quashing and setting aside of FIR.

Order dated 18/10/2019 passed in ABA No.986/2019 in paragraph 6 shows reference to the fact that matrimonial discord has been settled by the mediator.

Respondent No.2 has today given an affidavit accepting the fact of mediation and settlement therein. She has therefore decided not to place complaint against present applicants.

In this view of the matter we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
