Mr. Bhate, learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions of the Petitioners, who are present in the Court, submits that the Petitioners and Respondent No.4 have settled the dispute amicably and also written letters about withdrawal of the complaints against each other. Thus, as a part of the settlement, Petitioners wish to withdraw this Contempt Petition.

Ms. Dhond, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 - Municipal Corporation, has no objection for withdrawal of the Contempt Petition. 3.

In view thereof, the Contempt Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such.
