Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that the entire amount as per the impugned Order is already deposited in MACT-Alibaug. In view of the withdrawal of First Appeal, Respondent/Claimant is entitled to withdraw the entire amount as per the impugned Judgment and Order from MACT-Alibaug. 3.

Statutory deposit in this court to be transferred to MACT, Raigad at Alibaug with accrued interest.
