Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, the order of interim injunction passed by the Co-operative Court stands vacated, subject to condition of the Petitioners depositing the amount of Rs.14,00,000/- with Respondent No.2-Society within a period of eight weeks from today, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms, with a further direction to the Co-operative Court to decide the dispute between the parties as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 31st December, 2018.
