The prayer made by the Writ Petitioner is for a direction to the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune to decide the application made on 6th May, 2013. The said application has been made by the Petitioner in a pending application under Section 36(1) of the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950.

If the grievance of the Petitioner is that the learned Joint Charity Commissioner is not deciding the application dated 6th May, 2013, it is for the Petitioner to apply to the learned Joint Charity Commissioner for appropriate directions. Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is disposed of.
