These seven first appeals are sought to be disposed of by consent. Learned Counsel for the parties tender consent terms duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates in each of the seven first appeals. By these consent terms, permanent alternative accommodation has been agreed to be allotted to the Appellants (original Plaintiffs). The draft of permanent alternative accommodation agreement has been annexed to the consent terms. Learned Counsel pray for disposal of the first 2 / 3
appeals and the suits in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record, marked "X" to "X-6" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted.
