Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondents. The Writ Petition filed by the Applicant before the bench at Nagpur was admitted for final hearing. It appears to us that the Petition was transferred to the principal seat at Mumbai. We have perused the farad sheet of the main Writ Petition. After the transfer of the Petition at the principal seat, a Notice of transfer was not issued to the partner. The Applicant is the Petitioner in the Writ Petition.

ash caw-838.16 Therefore, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). We clarify that the interim relief which was granted on 27th June 1996 is also restored. The Petition shall be added to the appropriate weekly board.
