Learned Senior Counsel submits that a revision petition has been preferred to the State Government against the order passed on 23rd July, 2012 by the Regional Joint Director (Sugar) Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur annexed at Exhibit 'G' to the petition. It is urged that State be directed to hear the revision petition and interim application if any and pass appropriate orders thereon. Learned AGP is not instructed to make any statement.

In case revision petition filed is still pending with the Government, the petitioners are at liberty to resort to appropriate remedy.
