By a reasoned Order dated 13.12.2017, the Applicant has granted interim relief and was direced to attend the investigating officer on stipulated dates. Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation. It appears from the record that the Applicant has complied with the said directions.
As noted earlier, it is the allegation against the Applicant that, he acted as an agent of principal accused Amit Kumar. The record of investigation indicates that principal accused Amit Kumar has been arrested and now has been released on regular bail. It further appears that the investigation of the present crime is practically completed. After perusing the record of investigation, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation Sneha Chavan 1/2

In view of the above, interim relief granted by an Order dated 13.12.2017 is confirmed, however condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
