Learned counsel for the petitioners seek withdrawal of the above three writ petitions on the ground that a compromise was arrived at between the parties in the suit for specific performance, resultantly, nothing survives in the writ petitions for adjudication. The statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners is not been disputed by learned counsel for the respondent.
