The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Writ Petition. The ground made out is that the auction which has taken place wherein the property has been sold to the auction purchaser, has been stayed by this Court and the possession continues to be with the Applicant, though the price has been deposited by the auction purchaser with the Commercial Co-operative Bank. Having regard to the nature of the controversy involved in the above Writ Petition, the hearing of the above Petition is expedited and is directed to be placed for final hearing after the ensuing summer vacation in the week commencing 20-6-2016.
