Considering the law laid down by this Court in the matter of Dr. Mangesh Babasaheb Sanap & Anr. vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors. reported in (2022) 5 AIR Bom R 104 it shall be open for the petitioners to move a representation before the competent authority including the State Government for making applicable 2011 policy to their candidature.
