The grievance made in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is as regards the failure of the authorities under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1960 to implement the order dated 11th September, 2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer No.2, Solapur.

By the said order, the order made by the Circle Officer on 30th November, 2013 was set aside and a local enquiry was ordered to be made by the Circle Officer, Kasargi regarding heirship. It appears pps

904 wp 1539-16.doc that accordingly, a local enquiry was made by the Circle Officer, and the Circle Officer passed an order dated 24th September, 2015. Thus, it appears that the Order of the Sub Divisional Officer has been implemented. Hence, no direction is required to be issued in this petition and the same is disposed of.
