Learned counsel for the Applicant after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this Application. 2.

Ms Gonsalves, learned counsel for the UOI submits that the trial has commenced and that one witness is in the witness box. She submits that vide Order dated 20.07.2017 passed by this Court (Coram : Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J.) in the Application preferred by co-accused - Kaluram Choudhary, the trial has already been expedited. 3.

In this view of the matter, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
