This is an application for bail received through jail. It is seen that the applicant had earlier filed an application for bail being Bail Application No. 1027 of 2015. By order dated 8th December, 2015 the applicant was allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application, after the evidence of the aggrieved person is recorded. The present applicationis filed before recording of the evidence. Hence the preseent application is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed.
