Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By an order dated 25 October 2023, this Court had granted interim protection ascribing reasons. The Court is informed that the applicant in terms of the said order has appeared before the Investigating Officer. This Court has, inter alia, recorded that prima facie, no role has been attributed to the applicant. In this view of the matter, I am impelled to make the order of interim bail absolute. 3.

The order dated 25 October 2023 granting interim bail to the applicant is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. 4.

The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

The application stands disposed.
