This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1 by setting aside order of abatement dated 21.3.2014.

By order dated 6.9.2016, rule was issued. Office remark shows that legal representatives of respondent no.1, namely 1(a) and 1(b) are duly served.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (A), (B) and (C) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main petition shall be carried out on or before 16.6.2017 and amended slip shall be made over to other side during that period.
