Heard. By this petition the petitioner is challenging the order dated 5th June, 2013 and 17th October, 2013 passed by the Inspector General (Prison) and the Addl. Director General of Police (Prison) respectively. By the said order, the petitioner's application for furlough leave is rejected.

The petitioner's application is rejected on the ground that earlier petitioner was granted furlough leave on 5.10.2002. However, he did not surrender after the expiry of the furlough leave pps

43 wp 4252 -13.doc and ultimately he was arrested after a period of 2406 days. In that view of the matter, the name of the petitioner is already removed from the remission sheet. The petitioner has not challenged the removal of his name from the remission sheet. In the circumstances, we don't find any fault in the impugned order. Petition is dismissed.
