Though belatedly, the Deputy Director of Town Planning of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has decided the representation made by the Petitioner. The order has been passed on 10th October 2014. 2.

We are of the view that this is not a case of willful disobedience of the order of this Court.

The Petitioner is free to take out appropriate proceedings on the basis of the order dated 10th October 2014.

Subject to what is observed above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
