Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application before the trial Court, in view of the change in circumstance i.e. Mohd. Shakil alias Guddu Sharafat has been enlarged on bail by the Additional Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai vide order dated 06.08.2019, Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation as against the applicant are similar to that of the said co-accused who has been released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
