This is an Application for condonation of delay of 26 days in filing the Appeal. The Applicant has challenged the order dated 18.07.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge- 2, Sangli rejecting bail application of the Applicant in connection with C.R.No.76 of 2022 registered with Miraj City police station, Sangli.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is from a poor family and therefore, he could not engage an Advocate to file the Appeal earlier. He has a good case on merits as the co-accused in the same offence has been granted bail.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, delay of 26 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 4.

The Appeal be processed further.
