This Interim Application is filed for seeking an early date for hearing the Civil Revision Application. The original matter was filed by one Mrs. Fahmida Begum, who was a senior citizen and suffering from cancer.

It appears that after filing of Civil Revision Application, she has died and Interim Application to bring legal heirs on record was preferred. The Interim Application was accordingly allowed and the Civil Amol D. Nawale

I have heard both sides and I have gone through the contents of the application. According to me, no case is made out to fix an early date for hearing. Since the Civil Revision Application is admitted, if the Civil Revision Application is ready for final hearing, the same will be listed for final hearing as per its turn.
