The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.328 of 2016 for the offences punishable under sections 326, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of the I.P.C.

Perused the case diary and the contents of the F.I.R. Though it is claimed by the complainant that applicant has assaulted him with the help of iron rod however, there is no corresponding injury suffered by the complainant.

The other papers depicts that the presence of the applicant on the spot of the incident is itself in doubt. Hence, the application is allowed. Waghmare 1/2
