Mr.Mundargi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the only grievance of the petitioner is that his parole application is not decided by the Jail Authorities. He submits that petitioner would be satisfied if the Jail Authorities are directed to decide his parole application expeditiously. Mr.Yagnik, learned APP, has no objection and submits that appropriate orders may be passed. avk 1/2

31-WP-4129-2016.doc In the above circumstance, the petition can be disposed of by directing the Jail Authorities / Competent Authority to decide the petitioner's parole application, which is annexed at page 29 of the petition, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Ordered accordingly.

Petition is disposed of.
