None for the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasion when the petition was listed on 24 January, 2023, none appeared for the petitioner. In the said order, this Court has been specifically observed that as a matter of last chance, the proceeding is adjourned and further that in the event, on the adjourned date, if the petitioner is not represented, the Court shall proceed to pass appropriate order including dismissing the petition for want of prosecution. 2.

Even today, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute this petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
