This is an application for anticipatory bail. By order dated 30th November 2016, a statement was recorded, made at the instance of Applicant, that he would deposit Rs.15 lakh by 31st December 2016. However, the said statement was not complied with. On 5th January 2017, it was stated at the instance of Applicant that some time may be granted to deposit the amount, and time was extended on the condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.10 lakh in this Court within two weeks from 5th January 2017. It was further made clear that in the eventuality that the amount is not deposited on or before 18th January 2017, the interim relief shall stand automatically vacated. The said amount is not yet deposited. 2.
By order dated 17th March 2017, it was recorded that interim order granted earlier stands vacated. Learned advocate for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is not giving any instructions to her and she is not in a position to make any submission about the statement of the Applicant regarding deposit of amount.

Learned advocate for the Applicant, however, submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. However, the complainant is not present before the Court to corroborate the said statement.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
