Through this Petition as also the Civil Application, the prayer made by the Applicant is to direct the Caste Scrutiny Committee-Respondent No.2 to consider and take the appropriate decision in regard to the Applicant's / Petitioner's caste validity claim as forwarded to the said Aswale 1/2

9.caw.500.17.doc Committee by Respondent No.1- Terna Engineering College (Exhibit-D). According to the Petitioner, the matter is pending before the Committee since 07.10.2013 / 28.03.2014.

Having regard to the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Applicant's/Petitioner's entitlement, this Writ Petition as also the Civil Application are disposed of by directing the concerned Committee to consider the Applicant's/Petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of the appearance of the Petitioner before the concerned Committee.
