The Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anand, tenders the order dated 19th August, 2017 passed by the Learned Principle Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dongri, Mumbai. By the said order, the petitioner, who is a CCL, has been convicted of the offences punishable under Sections 509, 506 read with Section 34 of the
Rane * 2/2 * WP-4130-2016 (SR.1) Friday, 29.9.2017 Indian Penal Code. However, he has been allowed to go home on admonition in terms of Section 18(1)(a) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. In view of the said order, the above petition challenging the FIR has turned infructous. The petition is accordingly disposed of as having turned infructous. 2.
The order dated 18th August, 2017 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
