Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is the third application for bail. First application was dismissed as withdrawn on 28 April 2022 as this Court had expressed its disinclination to grant relief. Since this Court had expressed its disinclination to grant relief, there is no propriety in entertaining the application again on merits. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, submits that the applicant has been in custody since 30 April 2021 and the charge has yet not been framed. Learned Counsel submits that the trial be expedited.

Having regard to the period of incarceration, the prayer seems justifiable. 5.

The application stands dismissed.

Learned Special Judge seized with Special Case No.261 of 2021 is requested to commence and conclude the trial in the said Special Case as SSP 1/2
