By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 307 days' delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 22n September, 2017 passed by the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Alibaug at Raigad in MACP No. 215 of 2016. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application :

(A) Delay in filing First Appeal is condoned.

(B) Civil Applications stands disposed of accordingly. (C) No order as to costs.
