Heard Mr.A.S.Rao, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.N.V.Bhutekar, learned Counsel for the respondent 1B. He assures that within one week from today, he will file appearance on behalf of respondent No.1B.

Mr.Rao seeks permission to delete respondent No.1A. He further submits that respondent No.1C is duly served with this application.

This is an application for bringing heirs and legal representatives of applicant No.1 - Abdul Rahim B.Attar, since deceased, on record. Applicant No.1 - Abdul Rahim B.Attar died on 05/09/2015 and the present application is filed on 26/11/2015

904. ca 9.16.doc which is in time. He, therefore, submitted that Civil Application may be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The applicants are permitted to bring applicants No. 4A to 4C on record as legal representatives of applicant No.1, since deceased. Amendment in the main Civil Revision Application shall be carried out within one week.
