In these petitions filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, by an order dated 7 September 2017 by consent of the parties Mr.Rohan Sawant, Advocate was proposed to be appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties being subject matter of the present proceedings. Awaiting disclosure of the learned proposed Arbitrator, as per the requirement under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) and Section 29A(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 these petitions were adjourned for today.

Learned Counsel for the parties have placed on record a disclosure, in each of the petition, as made by the learned proposed Arbitrator Mr.Rahul Sawant, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification in each of the petition. 3.

These petitions are disposed of by appointing Mr.Rohan Sawant, Advocate as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes

between the parties being the subject of the present petitions. No costs.
