Applicants are present with their advocate. Respondent No.2/Complainant is present with her advocate. 2.

Matrimonial dispute had led to registration of FIR. The matter is already amicably settled between the parties. Marriage is dissolved in the Marriage Petition No.F-251/2019 on 30/12/2019 by the Family Court, Nashik with mutual consent.

Respondent No.2 has accordingly filed affidavit giving no objection.

Amount of Rs.30 lakhs to which the Respondent No.2 is entitled is already paid to her and she has already received back stridhan and other articles.

In this situation, accepting the joint request we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
