This is an application for recalling the order dated 3rd May, 2018. By that order, the Petition was dismissed for non prosecution. For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out sufficient cause for condoning delay of 135 days in filing the application. Hence, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition No.1470 of 2017 is restored to its original possession. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
