This is Application seeking for condonation of delay of 34 days caused in filing second appeal. It is submitted that in fact delay is of 4 days, however, it has been wrongly mentioned as 34 days. Though other side has objected, considering the marginal length of delay and the reasons stated in the Application, delay stand condoned.
