In view of the order passed by this Court on 14th November 2019 in Civil Application No.359 of 2017 allowing the amendment in the cross objection by bringing the legal heirs of the respondent no.1 in the cross objection, no separate order is required to be passed to carry out amendment in the cross objection.

However, the original appellant is directed to carry out amendment in the cause title of the first appeal and to bring the legal heirs of the respondent no.1 on record within four weeks from the date
