This Petition is filed seeking direction to the RespondentState to register FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 11th September 2015.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned A.P.P., on instructions, makes a statement that on the basis of the said complaint of the Petitioner, FIR No.64 of 2017 is registered on 7th February 2017 with the Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354A, 509 and 506 of IPC against the WP-4132-16.doc

Accused - Madhav Hari Chavan. She also tenders a copy of the said FIR on record. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In the above circumstances, the grievance of the Petitioner now no more survives. Hence, the Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent-Investigating Agency to expedite investigation of the said FIR No.64 of 2017.
