Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail. The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with C.R.No. I-205 of 2022 registered with Bhoiwada Police Station for the offence punishable under sections 324, 323, 326, 504 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

7. ABA-3297-2022.doc years of age. It is alleged that on 06/10/2022 at around 7.00 p.m., the applicant along with two others assaulted the first informant. It is alleged that the applicant assaulted the first informant with iron rod on his left hand palm and also on his head. The first informant sustained fracture injuries on the left hand palm and suffered other simple injuries. The iron rod is yet to be recovered. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that out of four cases registered against him, he has been acquitted in two of them. There are still two cases pending. Considering the nature of the injuries and the fact that there are criminal antecedents against the applicant, this is not a fit case for grant of prearrest bail. The application is rejected. (M. S.
