The above Civil Application has been filed for serving the Respondent No.5 by taking recourse to Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code. The reasons why recourse to Order V Rule 20 is required to be taken are mentioned in the above Civil Application. Hence accepting the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the Respondent No.5 is permitted to be served by publishing notice in two local newspapers i.e. Free Press Journal and Navshakti having circulation in Mumbai.
