DATED : 5th MARCH 2020 P.C:- The said application seeks to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the Second Appeal. The reason for the delay is found in paragraph nos.5 and 6 of the application. On perusal of the said paragraphs and the averments therein, it is clear that the delay caused in approaching the Court at a belated stage was on account of certain unavoidable circumstances stated in paragraph no.6.
