1] Having perused the pleadings in the Writ Petition, we see no reason why Respondent No.4 who has been appointed as the officer by the District Magistrate to take possession of the secured asset should not be directed to comply with the order dated 15.06.2018.

2] Thus, we issue a mandamus to the 4th Respondent to execute the order dated 15.06.2018 passed by the 2nd Respondent within one week of receipt of certified copy of the present order. Balaji G.
