This is an application praying for interim bail and in the alternative, to expedite the matter. The application was filed on 30.11.2016 on the ground that the applicant was 9 months' pregnant. As on today, the prayer has become infructuous. Hence, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the application.
