The above Writ Petition has been filed on an apprehension that the Petitioner would be removed as an Expert Director from the Board of Directors of the Malegaon Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. lgc

The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Needless to state that in the event the Petitioner's apprehension comes true, then the Petitioner would be at liberty to adopt such remedies as are available to him in law. We express no opinion in that regard.

In view of the dismissal of the above Writ Petition, the above Civil Application No.2460 of 2018 for intervention does not survive and the same to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
