By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking stay of the impugned Judgment and award dated 16/01/2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Claim Application No. 2113 of 2011 holding that the Respondents/Original Claimants are entitled to sum of Rs. 3,14,000/- by way of compensation with interest.
