P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application before the Trial Court, if the Trial arising out of CR No. 62 of 2017 registered with Sewree Police Station, Mumbai now culminated in Sessions Case No. 1 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, does not commence within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
