This is an application for Anticipatory Bail in Connection with C.R. No.241 of 2019 registered with Karkamb Police Station, Dist. Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506, r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"). 2.
The case of the prosecution is that on 4th September, 2019 there was quarrel between two families on account of property dispute. The co-accused had assaulted the mother of the informant by stone. The other accused had assaulted the injured by stick. The applicant had allegedly assaulted by fist and kick blows. 3.
Perused the First Information Report and the investigation Sajakali Jamadar
2 of 2 910-ABA-2473-19.doc papers. The applicant is a lady. Section 307 of IPC is added subsequently. The role of assault by fist and kick blows is assigned to the applicant. The quarrel had occurred on account of dispute over the property. The main assailants are granted bail. The learned APP placed the papers of investigation for consideration. He also pointed out that the injury certificate with regards to injury sustained by the injured persons. Considering the nature of the dispute and the role attributed to the applicant, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, I pass the following order.
O R D E R
1.
Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2473 of 2019 is allowed and disposed of;

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No.241 of 2019 registered with Karkamb Police Station, Dist. Solapur, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;
3.
The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer for the purpose of Investigation as and when called for. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
