In the light of the affidavit-in-reply and the reliance by the respondents on the Government Resolution dated 24th November, 2017, modifying or amending the earlier Resolution / Policy of 12th October, 2017, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ SRP 1/2

(914)ASWP10397.18.doc Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action, but challenging the later Government Resolution / Policy. In the light of the instructions received, this Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the rival contentions and beyond taking the affidavit-in-reply on record, we have done nothing in this writ petition, but allowed it to be withdrawn simplicitor with liberty as prayed.
